Amara Tune values user privacy. The system processes minimal telemetry to fulfill audio streaming requests. This includes transient Discord server (guild) IDs, channel configuration attributes, standard requested track strings/URLs, and ephemeral active user context flags when triggering voice interactions.

  • Discord Guild & Channel Identifiers: Required strictly to establish voice websocket handshakes and deliver audio to the designated channel.
  • User Identification: User IDs and avatars are used dynamically to authenticate active controller sessions and display requester tags.
  • Audio Queries: Ephemeral search keywords and track URLs provided by users via Discord commands or the web controller.

2. How We Use Data

All captured metadata is strictly funneled to maintain player state alignment, execute user-triggered queue manipulations, populate tracking stats on the secure web dashboard endpoint, and ensure rate-limit protections operate properly across active server deployments.

We do not sell, rent, monetize, or distribute any user information or server metadata to external marketing agencies or third parties.

3. Data Retainment & Ephemeral Processing

We do not capture, record, or retain any persistent voice logs or private user conversations. Audio tracks are streamed on-the-fly and search queries are handled completely in volatile memory state or temporary caching mechanisms optimized strictly to bypass external third-party rate thresholds.

4. Third-Party Interactions & APIs

Audio queries and search requests are securely dispatched to distributed, non-logging remote Official System nodes. External routing pathways align cleanly with standard public API endpoints of content delivery structures like YouTube, Spotify, and SoundCloud metadata pools.

5. Security & Infrastructure

All server communication between the web frontend, the Lavalink audio cluster, and the Discord Gateway is encrypted using industry-standard TLS/SSL protocols. Our infrastructure is continuously monitored by Sentic Hosting security frameworks.
