By adding Amara Tune ("the Bot") to your Discord server or utilizing its functionality, you acknowledge and agree to comply entirely with these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any segment of these provisions, you must immediately remove the Bot from your server layout.
Amara Tune is provided for recreational use, streaming audio data through standard Discord voice integrations. You agree not to exploit the system infrastructure, initiate high-volume robotic attacks, bypass authentication thresholds, or manipulate the core audio streaming pipelines provided by Sentic Hosting instances.
While the infrastructure is rigorously monitored 24/7 with zero-lag intent, the service is rendered on an "as-is" and "as-available" status. Audio streaming capabilities depend entirely on public streaming API availability, open Official System resource nodes, and underlying Discord websocket performance conditions.
In no event shall the developers, Eng Seniru Ransara, or the platform hosting supplier (Sentic Hosting) be held liable for any data disruption, voice channel server instability, administrative configuration issues, or secondary server operational overheads arising from the operation or unexpected downtime of the application.
