Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By adding Amara Tune ("the Bot") to your Discord server, interacting with its slash commands, or utilizing its personal web controller dashboards, you acknowledge and agree to comply entirely with these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any segment of these provisions, you must immediately remove the Bot from your server layout.

2. Permitted Bot & Web Player Usage

Amara Tune is provided for recreational audio streaming through Discord voice integrations. You agree not to abuse, disrupt, or exploit the service:

  • No automated script attacks, denial-of-service attempts, or high-volume flooding of bot commands.
  • No attempt to reverse-engineer, bypass rate limits, or exploit internal backend API nodes.
  • No streaming of audio content intended to harass, spam, or violate Discord's Community Guidelines.

3. Service Availability, Uptime & Performance

While the infrastructure is rigorously monitored 24/7 with zero-lag intent by Sentic Hosting, the service is rendered on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Audio playback quality and stream availability depend on third-party content providers (e.g. YouTube, Spotify, FM radio stations) and Discord websocket connectivity.

4. Intellectual Property & Fair Use

Amara Tune acts strictly as an audio streamer and does not claim ownership of any music, broadcasts, or third-party trademarks played through the system. All copyrighted music remains the intellectual property of their respective creators and licensing holders.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developers, Eng Seniru Ransara, or the platform hosting supplier (Sentic Hosting) be held liable for any data disruption, voice channel server instability, administrative configuration issues, or secondary server operational overheads arising from the operation or unexpected downtime of the application.

6. Termination & Policy Changes

We reserve the right to restrict access to Amara Tune or its web player for servers or users that violate these Terms of Service. We may update these terms periodically, and continued use of the bot constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
